Como Loft in Italy by JM Architecture
This unusual structure is designed by the Italian firm known as JM Architecture. An old monastery located in Como, Italy was reconstructed and hence converted to a residential complex. Two nearby units were connected in order to form this apartment. The apartment contains a small bedroom and two bathrooms. A lot of open spaces are provided to the apartment. White color is used in profuse. This white shade provides the apartment with a genuine and unique look.
The design is minimalist and the interior is decorated in very light colors. A lot of white was used, as well as tone of beige and a little brown, plus the natural wood color of the floors and some wood-covered walls. It’s a very elegant and opened space, with simple features. However, I think some color wouldn’t be such a bad idea. Maybe some details in bright colors would spice up the atmosphere and create some contrast of tones. It looks a little too white to me.
